A key practical application is seen in Australia, where Banpu’s energy trading team uses AI to process vast, real-time data for smart and timely decisions—buying electricity when prices are low and selling during peak demand to generate tangible business value. AI is also used to increase accuracy and speed in workforce processes, specifically for screening and retaining qualified and talented personnel.
